Treeuphoria:
Tree-rubbing (2019)
Cutout art using tree-rubbing technique
Inspired by the camouflage of the yellow-bellied sapsucker on tree bark at Greenwood Cemetery in Brooklyn, Treeuphoria explores the boundaries where images emerge and disappear. This series was created using the tree-rubbing technique. I created all of the rubbings at the cemetery, using their Tree Finder as a guide.

Treeuphoria: Mirror (2019)
Cutout art using reflective materials
Treeuphoria explores the boundaries where images emerge and disappear. This series is made from reflective materials, such as mirrors and Mylar. All these images were created in Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York.
