Rabbit Rules Recording Studio is an in-between point where fantasy and reality meet: an imaginary recording studio where two rabbits busily work and create music. It’s also a real record label which releases audiobooks for children and adults who remember.
“Jimbo Petty on the Moon” is the first title from Rabbit Rules Recording Studio, a children’s audiobook record label. It is a 5” vinyl record, which includes “Around the Patch”, a slapstick audio story of recording engineer rabbits who specialize in keyboards, and a synth track “Jimbo Petty on the Moon” by PeeGee aka Pat Gubler (aka P.G. Six) featuring additional electronic tonalities by Danny Arakaki and Tom Malach (of Garcia Peoples.)
The record is a limited edition of 5 and comes with a hand stencil printed art book, embroidered patch, postcard, and digital download link.
Jimbo Petty meditated himself to the moon.
